Today at noon we stopped for a moment to talk with some acquaintances in front of the GNC store, Río Lerma. Accidentally when my husband turned around to say goodbye, he collided with the advertisement that they have posted on the sidewalk and almost fell to the ground. The point would be to comment that it would be better if they placed it inside the premises despite the fact that it looks small.
But my complaint is that one of the girls who attends the place came out very upset and with a very aggressive attitude to yell at us to put it back in its place🤯🤯!!
I work in customer service and what I would have done is ask if the person had been hurt and that there was no problem because of the downed ad. But the treatment the girl gave us was horrible and my husband didn't do it on purpose: it was an accident and he still shouts at us to fix it.
They must take care of the type of people they hire please, I can't imagine how they treat customers. Horrible experience, I hope they do something about it. Thank you!
The place is good, clean and in order, but very small, and it was considered that they have a limited assortment of some products. For example, I went for energy/protein gels and they only had one brand and limited flavors.

The GNC Lerma staff is very friendly, the manager knows her products and promotions perfectly, the service is fast and personalized.
